Safety - Our Principal Concern
All successful businesses and industries devote a significant amount of time and resources to safety. Our success and survival as an air transportation business depends almost entirely on the safety of our operations. One serious accident or incident could mean the end of our business. To us SAFETY is involved and has priority in every decision.

HOW ARE WE DOING?

In more than twenty years of business, operating with as few as three to as many as seven airplanes, we have never been cited for any violation of regulations or good safety practices. We have never had a passenger or crew member injured on any of our aircraft. We have never had to declare an in-flight emergency.

HOW DO WE DO IT?

Training. All of our pilots undergo rigorous in-house and outsourced training. We utilize several nationally recognized training facilities, depending on the type of training and aircraft involved. Recently our pilots have completed training at SimCom; Professional Flight Training and Recurrent Training Center, in addition to our own FAA approved programs.

Maintenance. We outsource our maintenance to facilities that have no ownership, supervision or management in common with our company. They hold their own FAA authorizations and certificates and answer to their owners and management. We believe this establishes a valuable firewall between any tendency to do less than is needed or required in an effort to save money. We learned a long time ago that safe, dispatch reliable, well maintained equipment is the least expensive in the long run.

People. Our staff is empowered and encouraged to make decisions, without fear of discipline or retribution that insures and assures the safety of all of our operations.
