The total charges on your invoice may include the following and should be included in your quote: (Place mouse over word for explanation.)  Aircraft Fees , Standby Fees , Ramp, Parking, Handling Charges , Fuel Surcharges , Layover or Crew Expenses , Overnight Fees , Federal Excise Taxes and Domestic Segment Fees.

All flights are scheduled to accommodate our client’s needs.  If you have a specific time for arrival at your destination we will arrange a departure time to meet that criteria.  If your departure time is fixed we will provide you with an arrival time at the destination. When circumstances require immediate response we will do our very best to provide the service you need. The more time we have to plan, the more likely we are to be able to respond with exactly what you want, precisely when you need it.  With that in mind, don’t hesitate to call with any potential travel requests. We’ll be glad to provide information without obligation.
At most airports there are areas of free parking, within easy walking distance, provided for persons travelling on chartered aircraft.  If you need directions, ask us.  The departure time provided on our quotes and confirmations is the time we expect to have the passengers on board, close the aircraft door and get under way.  In most instances, arrival at the terminal fifteen (15) minutes prior to the scheduled departure time will be adequate.

The only constraints on our ability to change schedules and itineraries are limitations on flight and duty times.  These are regulatory requirements to insure that flight crews have adequate rest and are not flying while fatigued.

When chartering, you have a choice of thousands of airports in the US.  When providing a quote we look at a number of factors. First, of course, is the adequacy of the facility for safe operations, including runway length and width, instrument approaches, available approved weather information, etc. We then look at the ground services available including taxis, limos, meeting rooms, fueling, hangars, etc. We will confirm landing, parking, ramp and handling fees. There are substantial differences in the cost of using various airports, and since these costs are ultimately passed to our clients, we want to make sure there are no surprises. If you are familiar with the airports at or near your destination let us know which airport you would prefer to use and if suitable we will plan to go there. If you are not familiar with airport locations, we will suggest an airport closest to your final destination after consideration of the factors mentioned.

There is an expression about air travel that is simple but generally accurate.  “The higher, further and faster you want to go, the more it costs.”  This fact is the principal reason that we operate aircraft with a wide range of capabilities.  This enables us to provide a safe, convenient and cost effective mode of travel tailored to the needs of our clientele. The “Charter Aircraft” tab of this web site will provide information that will help in your decision making process.

Feel free to ask questions.  The better informed you become; the more likely you are to be happy with the results. Many of our long-term clients, who are familiar with charter costs, simply schedule the travel, others request estimates of total costs, some need a price that will not be exceeded, and we are pleased to provide either. For your benefit make sure you are comparing “apples to apples” if obtaining quotes for comparison. As these FAQ’s illustrate there are ample opportunities for one charter service to provide a quote for a trip that appears to be less expensive than a quote from another charter operator that makes a more open disclosure. When we have questioned that practice, we have been told by other operators “we didn’t want to give them sticker shock”. This is another example of the benefit of an informed decision.

We prefer payment by check.  When payment is by credit card we add a processing fee of 1.5%. If you are a first time client we will ask for a credit card to guarantee payment.  Upon completion of travel we will provide an itemized invoice and you may pay by check and the credit card "hold" will be released. If you prefer we will complete the credt card transaction with the fee added to it.  Payment is due within ten (10) days and a finance charge of 1.5% is added after 30 days.
