In a recent letter we mentioned a promotion that we were planning for our clients this year.  Rather than pens, calendars and koozies we decided to do something out of the ordinary.

We will be offering a 7-day vacation for 4 in Orlando, during the month of February or March of 2010, to one of our clients.  If you are selected we will provide a condo at a Hilton Grand Vacation Club located near Disney World.  We are owners at the property so this is not a timeshare presentation gimmick. You will be registered as our guest in a two bedroom unit with full amenities. If you are not familiar with these facilities you may view them at www.hgvc.com. Additionally, you and your guests will be provided free roundtrip transportation on one of our propjet aircraft.  We will arrange use of a full size rental car for the week. The car will be rented by you and we will reimburse the cost of the car plus taxes, with you being responsible for fuel and any additional insurance you may request.  Finally, we will give you $750 in cash to be used as you wish. 

The recipient will be selected January 1, 2010 by a drawing from entries submitted January 1, 2009 to December 31, 2009. You will automatically be entered each time you fly with us. There will be one entry for each $500, or fraction of $500 invoiced by us, less taxes and fees.  The name entered will be that of the company, business or individual to whom the travel is billed. The business or person selected may designate whomever they choose to receive this award. If deemed to be a taxable event such taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient.

In addition to entries for those who fly with us, we will also enter those who refer business to us.  Finally, over the course of the year we may send out brief surveys to help analyze our marketing efforts.  If you will take time to complete and return the survey you will be entered each time you do so.

The name of the lucky client will be posted on our website not later than 6PM on January 1, 2010.  If we can master the technology we will have a video of the drawing posted also.
